Parking is a Pain
Melrose Ave. is one of the busiest streets in all of LA so parking can be really tough. Taking an Uber or Lyft will save you a lot of time and energy. If you insist on driving, they do have valet for $10.
This place is packed from open to close.
Call ahead and make a reservation. Walk-ins are encouraged but you may end up waiting a while.
The only spirits they serve are tequila and mezcal.
This is a vegan restaurant, so everything is super clean and healthy. The only liquors that are plant based with nothing else in them are tequila and mezcal.
They have CBD cocktails.
CBD is an extract from the cannabis plant. The benefits of CBD are incredible, especially as an anti-inflammatory. No, you will not get high, I promise.
The patio is amazing.
When it’s cold outside they light the fireplace and will provide you a blanket if you need one.
They are dog friendly.
If you have an allergy, they have a separate menu for that.
With the exception of nuts & seeds, let your server know what your allergies are and they have a menu that can accommodate you.
They have a kids menu.
But it only has a few items on it.
Get the Chef’s tasting menu if you want to try everything.
During Happy Hour everything on the menu is $7 but is a la carte. So if you order a taco, you only get one taco for $7. The best thing to get is the nachos, they come as a plate of nachos..
