One thing that Los Angeles is definitely known for are their delicious food trucks. On any given night you can find an amazing food truck on a number of corners in your own neighborhood. There are even apps that keep track of where different kinds of food trucks are at any given moment in real time.
Tonight, after we got out of the movie at the El Capitan theatre, we stopped by my personal favorite food truck that serves Mexican food. Located on N. La Brea Ave just north of Sunset, this tiny little food truck has become a late night staple for many in the Hollywood area. What makes this truck so special for me is that they marinate their carne so the flavor just explodes in your mouth. Just make sure you have cash in case their card machine goes down.
